• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price and consists of a much extended continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The property is set on ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are some rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided. Linen are changed weekly, towels daily.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  They have a large private veranda with indipendent entrance.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  They have a large private veranda.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a television in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning without any extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not yet.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at your arrival at the airport or in the nearest town Fasano (about 2 km away).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Fasano, about 2 Km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Brindisi Casale and Bari Palese.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but on request we can arrange it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest public bus stop is at the railway station in Fasano(800 mt away).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Fasano.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome by special arrangement.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
