• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night, breakfast included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a delicious home-made breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor with sitting room and breakfast room, 1st and 2nd floors with rooms.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very quite, charming and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is a large, beautiful garden for our guests.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are no smoking.
  
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, the sitting room is provided with a digital recorder with more than 300 channels in different languages.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is an enclosed parking.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the nearby town of Conegliano.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many.
  
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are our vineyards, and the hills of Prosecco.
  
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Conegliano 4km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Treviso and Marco Polo Venice Airport.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Parè at 3km.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Conegliano Railway Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are regretfully not allowed.
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but there is one at 300mt, a little typical "trattoria" with terrace in the summer.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  On request.
