• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time until 6pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included, and we propose a traditionale buffet breakfast, with home made "focaccia" and bakeries.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are ground floor and first floor, with no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and has a fantastic view over the sea.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, two.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV, with no satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, it is included.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but there is one with sea water at 20 meters.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there are at 20, for a daily charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you with it.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Genova Nervi is 10 km from the centre of Genova, and 2 km from Boliasco, a small town with all the main facilities.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genoa "Cristoforo Colombo", at 20 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 100 meters from the Hotel, it is the last stop of bus No 15.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  At 50 meters, the Hotel is located behind the station, in front of the sea.
• How far away is the beach?
  There are some accesses to the sea, but only rocks, all over the promenade, which is 2.2 km long. There are many areas equipped with sunbeds all over the coast, on the rocks. There is a small beach at 800 meters. 2 km far from the Hotel there is a the town of Boliasco, where you can find many beaches.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes small.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have a Pizzeria, Focacceria, that proposes also typical Ligurian menus.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is wireless connection on request.
