• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per villa or apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Basic English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Only one floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the Villa is just in front of the sea (there is a small road between the villa and the sea shore).
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, weekly change.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there are many terraces with beautiful sea wiew and Norman Castle view and also little garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes there are 2 big different dining rooms in the villa and 1 big dining room for each apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No. The sea is 15 mtrs from.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes - 3 cars for all villa - 1 car for each apartment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Fontanarossa airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 300 metres far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Acitrezza 300 mt. Aci Castello 500 mt.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Catania Fontanarossa airport, 15 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  20 metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Catania Station, 7 km.
• How far away is the beach?
  15 mtrs.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public, but there is also a quiet bathing establishment with bars 50 metres from the villa.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
