- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Per room per day. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, buffet breakfast. During the summer in the terrace. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes is possible. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Ground floor with breakfast room and living room, 1st and 2nd floors with rooms. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Every room is different but all are charming and quiet. If you need more privacy probaly the Suite is the best. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
We provide linen and towels also for the garden. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, there is a beautiful garden for all the guests, with sunbed and Jacuzzi. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, the rooms at the 2nd floor are non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, with DigiSat. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes in the bedroom and in the bathroom. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Every room is provided with individually air conditions. There no additional charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
We can arrange dinner for groups with advance. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, in the living room. In the ground area a Wi-Fi connection. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is a hot tub in the garden open all year. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, there is an enclosed parking. - Where can we rent a car?
Directly in the estate with advance. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes at 800 meters. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, we are in the center of Valpolicella. Many of the best producers are near us. We can arrange visits and tastings. - Which is the nearest village or town?
San Vito di Negrar at 800 mt., Negrar at 3 km. and Verona at 8 km. - Which is the nearest airport?
Verona Villafranca approximately 25 km from the hotel. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, but we can provide with advance. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
San Vito at 800 mt. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Verona Porta Nuova approximately 15 km from the hotel. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
There is a Hot tub in the garden. - Are pets welcome?
Yes. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is one at 50mt, a little typical restaurant with terrace in the summer. We will suggest many other restaurant and enoteca. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes every room is provided.
