- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 11pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per person for the rooms and per week for the apartments. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast-Buffet is included in the price for the hotel-rooms and on request for the apartments. Room service for breakfast is available. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All extras will be settled upon departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Our Hotel Staff speaks German, English, French and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Our Hotel has three floors and three Guest lifts. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?

Our hotel offers two nice and large (14x7, 22x9 mt) swimming-pools, with romantic lake view. One is heated in spring and autumn (from April to the beginning of October). - Is parking or garage available?
We have a private garage available at extra cost. Parking in the open air free of charge. - Where can we rent a car?
Car and scooter rental is available in Garda, just 2,5 km from our Hotel. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
A small supermarket is just 20 mt. from the Hotel. The most part of shops are in Garda (2,5 km). - Which is the nearest village or town?
The Hotel is located in the small village of Marciaga, the nearest bigger village is Garda (2,5 km). - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Verona-Villafranca (30 km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Private transfers can be arranged at extra cost from the Reception Desk. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop is in Garda. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is in Peschiera del Garda (20 km) or Verona (35 km). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
We have a Jacuzzi in one of the two outdoor swimming pools available. - Are pets welcome?
No, sorry. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
The restaurant with terrace offers local and international dishes. In the Summer guests can enjoy the second restaurant in the pool-area. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Notebook computers with regular modems can be used from all the rooms, simply connecting the modem with the telephone line. An ADSL connection is available in the lobby.
