• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 04:00 pm.Please let us know in advance if you need check-in earlier or later, we might otherwise not be at home.
  Check-out: before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room based on double occupancy. Minimum stay 2 nights. During Bank Holidays the minimum stay is 3 nights.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast made with both homemade and good quality regional products is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Dutch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors in the building, we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our six rooms are acoustically insulated and have a marvellous view on the ancient town of Assisi, a very romantic setting indeed.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and changed twice a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have a large garden and a panoramic terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The whole house is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We do not have air conditioning, but at six hundred meters on sea level this is hardly necessary even in the middle of the summer.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Guest are welcome to picnic in the breakfast room and/or in the garden, using their own food and cutlery/plates.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, the closest e-point is in the nearby village Santa Maria degli Angeli at 8 km.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Local Airport Sant'Egidio, 12 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Santa Maria delgi Angeli and in Assisi (7-8 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, in Spello, about 12 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Assisi, 7 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  International: Rome Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci.
  Domestic: Perugia Sant Egidio.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At the main road, 7 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  At Santa Maria degli Angeli 8 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
