• At what time can we check-in and out?
  The check in is from 03.00 p.m. to 08.00 p.m., the check out is within 11.00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per apartment and per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast isn't included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The clients will pay the 50 % of the sum before their arrival and then will pay the other 50 % on their arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  ?There is one floor, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartments are romantic and quiet with a splendid sea-view.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide a weekly set of linen per apartment.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartments have balconies,only the type E has a big terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The apartments have balconies, only the type E has a big terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Tv with national channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The apartments have air-conditoning. It is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the center of Positano.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  At 50 mt.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Poistano, where the apartments are located.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Naples Capodichino (50 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can provide a transfer service by a Mercedes 250 with driver english speaking.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 50 mt.

  Piano di Sorrento (6 km)
• How far away is the beach?
  800 mt.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
