- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 6pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room/apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Guests will find in the apartment a complimentary back with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, cereal, bread, butter, jam, cheese and orange juice. Moreover every morning the owners provide hand-made cakes. - Is heating included in the price?
The heating and the wood for the fireplace are included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. Please note that we do not accept credit cards but only cash. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The apartment is set on ground floor of the building. The owners live upstairs. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The rooms are private, quiet and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The double room opens into the courtyard and in the garden. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. The apartment is non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a TV in the living room and the double room but with national channels only.
- Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is, it is seasonal and included in the price. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is a spacious living room. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there isn't but there is an in-door pool close to the property. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, parking is available. - Where can we rent a car?
There are several rental car companies nearby. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Brindisi (approx. 35 km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not but we can book a taxi on request. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop is near the castle (5 minutes on foot). - Which is the nearest railway station?
Lecce railway station is at 10 min. walking distance. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not but nearby our B&B there is a fitness center. - Are pets welcome?
No, sorry. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you can not.
