• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price is included continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We settle the bill on departure day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 6 floors, but no elevator because the building is an ancient monastery established in 1735.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There is a quiet and romantic atmosphere in each corner included in the rooms and in hotel there are particular private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Superiora Suite has 4 beautiful windows, but no rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The Superiora Suite has 4 beautiful windows, but no rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all room there is a TV with international channel by cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In all room there is a telephone with direct dialing.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In all room there is air conditioning free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have wireless internet connection in all rooms and in common areas, free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a outdor swimming pool open from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Maratea office rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Lamezia Terme, but the more used is Naples.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We will arrange pickup or shuttle on request and upon availability.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Lagonegro.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest station is in Maratea.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In all room and common area there is wireless internet connection.
