Hotel is wery clean, on quite location near the centre and important monuments. I am wery satisfad. ... Wery quite location. Excelent and clean private garage for the car near the hotel. ... Wery good.

Extremely helpful. We were exhausted when we arrived and we were immediately offered coffee and biscuits - very nice touch. ... They only have 9 rooms - the one nearest reception is quite noisy. ... It's a little gem of a hotel - great location and very friendly staff

The internet access described was ONLY dial up access, not high speed. It would have been valuable for the distinction to have been made prior to my arrival. I had not brought the local access numbers with me. ... my lack of the ability to speak Italian definitely impacted on my ability to communicate with the front desk staff. They spoke english, but were not as fluent as many other hotel receptionists that I have encountered in my trips to Italy (Europe).
It's proximity to the Duomo and the Galleria, the Scala, and the Metro was extremely valuable and I don't remember if it was a part of the Web info. ... Clean, Safe, Efficient. Minimally furnished but adequate rooms with wonderfully large bathrooms. The full breakfast was a definte plus. The location very accessable but the expense of the taxi to the MXP airport was outrageous, especially for someone with 3 pieces of luggage which prevented the transfers to trains. A service by the hotel to provide transportation to / from the airport(s) at a subsidized rate would be much appreciated. My hotel in Napoli had a taxi service that was scheduled to take me to the airport at 4:00 a.m. and was half of the charge of the trip from the airport to the hotel.
I would definitely recommend the place to a friend/ colleague.

The staff at Hotel LLoyd is very warm, friendly and accomodating. ... The hotel room did not have a TV and the phone was rotary dial not push button. Also there was no stand up shower only a bathtub with a shower attachment. the hotel istelf while a great deal with regard to cost was loud when it came to other guests. ...
