  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment based on a 7 days stay. Arrival and departure are normally from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stay can be arranged depending on the time of the year.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Our apartments are self catering.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Heating, hot and cold water are included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Bills can be settled on arrival but we normally ask our guests to do that the day before departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    There is no reception at Residence La Roina, that is why on arriving at Livigno you are requested to check-in at Hotel Galli reception. At the hotel English, German, French and Italian are spoken.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The buildind is on three floors, one floor below street level where the ski deposit and the ski hire & service shop are located, ground floor, first floor and attic.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The residence Li Roina is in a very quiet part of Livigno and been set back from the road, the traffic noise is down to the minimum.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Bed linens are provided but you need to bring your own bath towels.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The house itself is set on a wide private garden.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Apart from one two-bed-rooms-apartment that is on the ground floor, and one one-bed-room apartment on the top floor, all the others have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We do not have non smoking apartments.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Every apartment has a TV. National and international channels ( satellite Tv ) are available.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    In the apartments there is no telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Livigno is at 1.800 metres above see level and air conditioning is not necessary.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Apart from the garden, there are no communial areas at Residence Li Roina.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Every apartment have access to an ADSL line / socket.
    In order to use it arrangements have to be made at Hotel Galli reception.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No swimming pool available.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Private parking is provided but there isn't a garage.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At Livigno there are at least two garages where one can hire a car. Hotel Galli reception will be glad to provide you the necessary information.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Bergamo ( Orio al Serio ) o Milan in Italy. Zurich in Switzerland and Innsbruck in Austria
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We do not have a pick up service but we can arrange for a taxi or a minibus to meet you at the airport.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    For the free bus service around Livigno, the nearest bus stop is at the gate of the residence, while for the bus on
    the Livigno/Bormio line is 200 meters away.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Tirano in Italy or Zernez in Switzerlad.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No fitness centre in the Property.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are welcome if they do not disturb and are used to live indoor.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No restaurant in the Property but the nearest one is less than 100 meters away.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Every apartment have access to an ADSL line / socket. In order to use it arrangements have to be made at Hotel Galli reception.
