 Every apartment is fitted out with: hot electric plate, fridge, dish washer, micro wave oven, television set, hair dryer, ADSL connection. Each apartment has a heated locker for the storage of skis and boots. All around the property there is a fabulous private garden, ideal after a hard day. |
 The parking area is also on one side of the garden and is available for our customers. During the winter season a ski hire and service shop is open near the residence. Skis and boots are always of the latest type and if guests come with thier own, they can have them serviced any time they wish. |

 The Residence Li Roina is 2.5 km away from the centre of Livigno, but for residents or not, all year round at Livigno there is a free bus service that covers the all length of the valley. The closest bus stop is just at the gate of the entrance of the residence. The Carosello 3000 ( Ski Area and cable car ) is also within walking distance.
First aid surgery and the chemist are about 100 meters from Residence La Roina. Near the Residence you can also find a supermarket, some restaurants and discos. San Rocco church is also nearby and on Sundays services are held either in the morning or in the afternoon. The closest bank ( Banca Popolare di Sondrio ) is 1 km away, cycling path in summer and cross country ring in winter is at less than 200 meters away. |
