  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, breakfast isn't included on price. The apartments are self catering.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    No, heating is not included on price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian and English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Three floors without lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, our apartments are very quiet and private.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    We don't provide any lines or towels.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, our apartments have either terrace or courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, some apartments have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    There is a satellite tv in all apartments.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, all apartments have a telephone with direct dialling.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Air conditioning is in all apartments and it's included in price. It's not seasonal.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, there is not.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    We have an external swimming pool, open from the 15/05 to the 15/09.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, we haven't parking or garage available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    We can provide our clients some car rental telephone number.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    There is a little mini-market 200 meters far.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Piano di Sorrento is 2 km far away.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Napoli "Capodichino".
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We offer shuttle service on request. This service is not included in price.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus-stop is called "Piazza Abbazzia", SS163. it's far off 2 km.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The railway station is located in Piano Di Sorrento.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The beach is far away 1 km and we offer our guests a free shuttle service to reach it.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Our clients can use an arranged beach.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, we haven't this services.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, we do not accept pets.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, all the apartments are furnished with ISDN lines.
