  There are 2 floors and a elevator is available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very private and romantic, some of the apartments have a lovely lake view.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
