Staff was helpful, but not very aware of their own city's offerings. Outside of 1 great guy, the rest of the desk staff were not convincing on their recommendations on where to eat, where to get whatever. But they were always pleasant. Also, the shower temperature was very tempermental!!

The location was great as was the size of the room. The rooms could use alot of updating, but they were clean and spacious.

The Hotel Lido Palace was a wonderful hotel! We had a view of the sea and the room was very spacious! We also were right downtown so we could walk anywhere!

My sister and I had stayed here 2 years ago so I knew what to expect. Lido Palace has a fantastic location and great accommodations for 2 people. With 3 it was a bit crowded. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel Palace was a good Hotel to stay at, but pricy, the St Margherita Ligure area is very overrated and expensive. The St Margherita Ligure beach was a real let down, not a sandy beach, it was dirty which attracted pigeons, the water was also not of a clean nature, to make matters worse the beach was a very small area and thus very cramped. Portofino was a good place to visit especially the views from the Browns castle.

Excellent accommodations and service. Good value. 5 minutes from train to visit other coastal towns. Ocean view with comfortable apartment.

The accommodation offered great value for money in comparison to other accommodations we stayed in throughout Europe i.e. the rooms were very spacious.

Breakfast could be improved - but was satisfactory.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The only suggestion would be to offer a valet parking service - this was offered by all of the other hotels of similar standard that we stayed in throughout Europe.
