• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 2.00 pm.
  Check-out: before Midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room; the double-suite and the suite-superior are basically for 2 people, but they have a sofa bed (with extra charge) for the 3rd and 4th person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has five floors; there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is quite and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them, but each room has sea view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, under payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  From January 11th 2000 inside the hotel there is a rental car runned by a society leader in the field.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  S. Margherita Ligure, Portofino.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest one is in Genova, 40 km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Near the hotel, 5 mt far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  At 300 mt, in S. Margherita Ligure.
• How far away is the beach?
  In front of the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
