• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can pay the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are five floors and two lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are very quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have the terrace with a marvellous lake view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, non smoking rooms are available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is the satellite tv in each room. (CNN, BBC, EUROSPORT, SKY NEWS, ZDF, ARD1, DSF, RTL, TV5, TVE, ALJAAZERA)
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the rooms have a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, but it is seasonal, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is a free internet point at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a outdoor pool open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private and covered garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Como.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, near the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Lenno, where the hotel is located.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Malpensa Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Lenno.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Como San Giovanni.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a sauna and some rooms have the jacuzzi-bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, we accept pets, but just in the room (not at the restaurant and not at the pool terrace).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a good restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, there is not at the moment.
