• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 10pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our continental breakfast is included in the price. It can be served in the breakfast room or directly in the guests room.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors each house. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are extremely quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The superior rooms do have a balcony.

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with Sky and international channels in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. Depending on the weather it is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are some car rental agencies in Marola (1,5 km).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery store is in Marola or Cà di Mare (1,5 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No vineyards but olive groves!
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Marola or Cà di Mare (both at 1,5 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport is at 70 km far from us, Genova at 120.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do (prior arrangement, extra cost).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop at 500 meters far from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  La Spezia (5 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a fitness area with gym and sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant open only for our guests.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can (free of charge).
