By car: If you are driving from Sant Egidio, you must take road SP247-I and continue along Strada Ponte Valleceppi-Sant Egidio till road SS3BIS/ E45. Turn left into this track and head towards Assisi/Flogno/Spoleto. Continue along road SS75 and take the exit for "Santa Maria degli Angeli Sud". Turn left in Via Crostoforo Cecci, Via Los Angeles, and turn right into SS147. After passing Assisi, take roads SS444 and SP249. You will soon reach Armenzano. (40 minutes)
By train: At the airport in Perugia you can take the buses that reach the train station in the centre of the city: "Perugia" station -as there are others, like Sant`Anna, closer to the historical centre- is the main one on the city. From here you can take a train to Assisi (20 minutes), placed 20 kms far from the inn, or Spello (20 minutes), only 15 kms from the inn.
If your plane lands in Fiumicino terminal, take the express railway service that goes from the airport to Termini railway station. Once here, there are trains departing to Spello and Assisi that take 2 hours, approx. |
