• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle your bill either on arrival or on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  italian, English, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors (ground floor and first floor). No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some room have a terrace and some have a garden or a panoramic view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV and a telephone in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  You have to dial 0 and then the number.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only 4 rooms has air-conditioning, but there is not necessary.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an internet point in the hall.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have 3 swimming pools open all day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is at disposal of the guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In S. Maria degli Angeli (20 km far away) there is a rental car or at the airport in Perugia (30 Km far away).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Assisi.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Assisi (12 Km) and Spello (15 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Not at the moment but we can organize the service upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Armenzano (2 km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Assisi (20 Km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can use the plug of the telephone to connect from your room.
