the staff was very business like and not that friendly. Although reservations were made three months in advance, we were still charged the dbl. rm. price for a single person.

the staff at the front desk was very impersonal. the rooom was very noisy at night, as our room was above the bar and you could hear music and electric appliances well into the night. the rooms were very plain, no charm, no pictures, just a great view. i would not stay there again or refer it to anyone. the shower had very little water pressure.

we asked the hotel for a cab to take us to the train station in Rapollo. The cab meter started at 10 euro as it came from Rapollo to Santa Margherita (4 km. away) and it took 5 minutes to get there and the driver charged us 30 euros! the hotel could have gotten us a cab driver from town!

The hotel is ideally located and the views terrific. Staff were very helpful. A very positive experience.
