We are a family of 5, 1 boy of 16, and girls of 13 and 8. This resort was a wonderful place. Once we arrived at La Tonnaralla, we felt like we could finally relax any enjoy.
The views were incredible, and it was an easy walk into town.
Our accomodations were more than what we were expecting. I wish we had been able to stay i the room that could fit us all, as we were in 2 rooms.
We ate in the hotel restaurant several times and in the town several times. The food in the restaurant was the best of our stay in Sorrento.
The staff was very pleasant and very accomodating. It seemed that everyone wanted to make sure that our stay was wonderful and everything went well. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Very nice hotel outside the main 'hustle and bustle' of downtown Sorrento. One night we ate there and the food was deliciouso!

Excellent hotel. It has the best views in Sorrento. Great restaurant and beautiful rooms. The beach was very nice and not to crowded which is rare in this part of Italy. It is also very easy to access the beach from the hotel.
This is one of the nicest hotels in Sorrento and Italy. Highly recommended.

The views from our hotel room were incredible. Services at both the restaurant and the hotel we great! We would recommend La Tonnarella to anyone.

Very impressed with the quickness to which someone helped us. We had someone helping us as soon as we parked the car. It was very nice and helpful.

The room we stayed in (#5 I belive) had a great view and small balconcy with two chairs. The only drawback was the restaurant's outdoor patio was located directly below us, so it could get noisy if there were a not of people eating out on the patio.

Very clean hotel with a great view. Easy walking access to downtown Sorrento and parking is available free of charge. This hotel is well worth the price.

I cannot say enough good things about the hotel la tonnarella! The gentleman that helped us with our bags was very kind and polite, and when he took us to our room, he said, 'your room is very lovely.' The receptionist greeted us with a broad smile and called us by name. She acted like she knew exactly who we were! Also let me thank you for your professional website. WorldBy did such an outstanding job for us. I have highly recommened you to others, and we look forward to using your company in the future. Thank you again.

Our room was absolutely exceptional! It far exceeded our expectations. Our room included a terrace overlooking Mt. Vesuvius and a balcony overlooking Sorrento. We were only guaranteed a sea view.

The staff was outstanding in every way. They were always very kind and helpful in answering our questions and giving us information. It was all so wonderful, but the most pleasant surprise was the dining room, the wait staff, and the food. We ended up eating there more than we had planned because it was so good. The breakfasts were especially good. Thet went out of their way to please and accommate us.

The hotel was very impressive on arrival. It's a very beautiful location and nicely decorated inside an out.

The staff at Latonarella are very helpful and accomodating.From the waiters to the receptionist to the bellman. I have no complaints.

This is a beautiful hotel altogether from the views( we requested a seaview) and the tasteful interior.We we're very impressed. The restaurant is good and reasonable with fantastic views. We would stay there again and will have no qualms about recommending it to a friend!

The receptionist, Mariella, was extremely welcoming and made me feel at home.
One of the male staff members was also very helpful with my luggage: he took it very kindly from me as soon as he saw me arrive, and then took it to my room for me.

I am biased because I've been there before. I love the hotel, although it was very expensive for me as the SA rand (our currency) had dropped. I wished I could have afforded to stay there longer. But it was just lovely again. I have no regrets.
They were very helpful with any questions I had, and in helping me use the internet facility: excellent.

La Tonnarella was a wonderful hotel, with nice people and a gorgeous view. I would like to stay when it's warmer, but the view of Mt. Vesuvius covered in snow was marvelous.

Very welcoming receptionist although a very quiet area with no one else nearby.

Rooms are clean but basic. The shower needed a little more cleaning but the cleaning of the remainder and replacement of fresh towels was excellent. The views are magnificent and the restaurant was wonderful with great service.

Friendly small hotel with basic but clean rooms.It has great views and a lovely restaurant with a good and not overpriced menu. It has a lift down to the private beach and is a easy 10 minute walk down hill into the main shopping area of Sorrento and local attractions.

Because the floors ae tile and the room doors are light, there was constant nois from doors slamming -- ok during the day, but irritating late at night.

This trip was to celebrate out 25th anniversary, so we appreciated being given the beat corner table at dinner on the terrace. We enjoyed our visit, would choose your hotel again and would recommend it to others.

Just a little disappointed by the unhelpful attitude of the reception staff regarding travel options and places to visit etc. We put this down to their lack of English.
