• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Yes, the price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Frensh, German and Spanish languages spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors, elevator only from the reception to the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are private and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms and the junior suites do have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, because all the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is in all rooms with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, included in the room rate, during summer, heating only during winter.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an internet point at the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there isn't a swimming pool. There is a beach open from 9.00am to 6.00pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking available free of charge at the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Rental companies near the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery stores and supermarkets 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sorrento and Sant'Agnello.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport Capodichino in Naples.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do have a pick up service on request with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  A bus stop is in front of the hotel 20 meters on the right side.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Circumvesuviana train station in Sorrento.
• How far away is the beach?
  Beach on site, you can reach it by lift.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets only.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant in the property. Half board or a la carte menu available.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can, also Wi Fi access available free of charge.
