Our major problem was the location which was far from Sorrento & the public transportation was almost 20 minutes walk down the hill & 25 minutes uphill. This was not clear from the website. It was too expensive to take a taxi each time & the free shuttle service was just a few times a day. May be fine for tour groups but we think they were getting a better deal on room rates. It was a nice hotel tho' with helpful staff

On arrival,my wife and I were shown to a room which we felt was not as we would have expected for a superior room as the balcony was not big enough to sit out on and we had to ask for another room.
...
While it was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay,we did feel that from our previous experience of 5 star hotels,this one did not match up to our expectations.
