La Ninfa is situated between Praiano and Amalfi on a breathtaking scenery between sea and sky. There are no many facilities nearby but a wonderful beach and a stunning view. Our guests have access to the beach by lift (extra charge) or by stair case. Sunshades and sun beds are available at the beach. We suggest our guests to visit Amalfi, a truly picturesque village, threaded with rambling passages and covered staircases which suggest the Oriental caranvasary of romance. |

Coming by car from Naples Capodichino airport:
Take the Tangenziale road (which is the ring road that by-passes the city of Naples) and then from this highway take the Salerno Reggio Calabria (A3 highway). Along the Highway you will see Mount Vesuvius on the left hand side. You will pass the towns of Ercolano, Torre Annunziata, Torre del Greco and Pompei. Then exit at Castellamare and follow towards Amalfi/Costiera Amalfitana, you will be driving along the Lattari mountains through the towns of Gragnano, Agerola, Furore etc. Once you have come down the coast road, turn left towards Amalfi. You will find "La Ninfa B&B" 50 metres after the crossroad.
Coming by car from Rome:
Take the A1 Highway (Autostrada del Sole Roma/Napoli follow this through to the Naples toll post. After paying the toll continue until you see the sign post (green) for the A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria. Take the A3 at Castellamare and follow towards Amalfi/Costiera Amalfitana, you will be driving along the Lattari mountains through the towns of Gragnano, Agerola, Furore etc. Once you have come down the coast road, turn left towards Amalfi. You will find "La Ninfa B&B" 50 metres after the crossroad.
Coming by plane:
the nearest airport is Napoli Capodichino. From the airport, we would suggest you to take a taxi. Otherwise, you can take a bus (company named Curreri) from the airport to Sorrento. From Sorrento, you need to take Sita bus towards Amalfi. These buses has several stops along the street, ask the driver to tell you which is the stop for "La Ninfa B&B".
Coming by train, from North Italy:
The nearest railway station is Napoli Centrale. From there, you need to take a small train up to Sorrento by Circumvesuviana company. From Sorrento, you need to take Sita bus towards Amalfi. These buses has several stops along the street, ask the driver to tell you which is the stop for "La Ninfa B&B". |
