• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and is a continental buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors with 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quite, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No terrace (we have a large terrace in the main lobby).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All rooms overlook the Bay of Neaples through very large windows; 4 rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV-SAT.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. In Summer.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an open private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Apply at the front desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sorrento.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli, 45 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organise private transfers from and to all destinations.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The local bus stop is 20 meters far from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Circumvesuviana (local Train to Neaples) is 1 km far from the hotel.
• How far away is the beach?
  200 meters from the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is private property of the Hotel La Tonnarella. Guests of Maison La Minervetta are accepted, if provided with the tickets sold at the front desk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but on request staff can manage for light lunches or dinners with tipical local dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, only from the lounge area.
