The bathroom should have been cleaned EVERY day. When we brought it to the attention of the proprietor, he made sure that it was taken care of for the remainder of our stay.

I have never stayed in a bed and breakfast before. It might be a good thing to note that there is not someone on the premises 24 hours.

Breakfast was included (at no extra charge) although the Web site and our voucher stated that the booking was for accommodation only (which seemed a bit strange for a B&B anyway).

The staff accommodated our early departure and provided breakfast a little earlier than normal.

Very convenient to the main piazza, but also very quiet. Good security, with locked gate access. The bedroom was not huge but quite adequate. The bedroom amd bathroom were very new and very clean. Good shower etc. Overall we were comfortable and happy with our choice. Breakfast on the patio off our room was a nice touch.

It would be helpful if directions were made available IN Sorrento, rather than getting simply TO Sorrento. When we left the train station in Sorrento, we had no idea where to go. Directions would have been helpful.

The staff were very helpful and generous with information about where to go and how to get there, places to visit, arrangements for transportation, etc. Two people in our party arranged to rent a car and Carlo was extremely helpful in making that happen.

Spacious accommodations, helpful staff, breakfast delivered to your room, quiet, located in the heart of Sorrento, great setting with lots of greenery.

A small but very pleasant and comfortable place rıght off the maın square
much newer and cleaner bathrooms than other places ın the prıce range

Watch out if you plan to arrive around lunch time, because it is not a hotel, the desk is not manned around the clock. But the owner was considerate enough to leave the front gate open for us.

The cleanliness could be improved. The room is clearly not vacuumed every day, so we were pleasantly surprised that someone actually made our beds and changed the towels.

Location is really really excellent. Easy access to train/buses, supermarkets, short walk to everywhere in the town. The furnishing is surprisingly elaborate and up-market for a B&B. Highly recommended for those looking for a basic and comfortable lodging.

Personnel were available to help us with our bags and to transport our car to the off-site parking area that had been agreed upon.

Our stay was very pleasant.
Also, very private and secure. We had a key to the outside gate, a key to the front door and a key to our room.
Hotel personnel were not on the premises from 8:00PM until 8:00AM.

Each room does not have a patio. Ours did not, but my sister's did. That meant that we could enjoy our breakfast together on her patio. For the rooms that do not have this advantage, where do they eat??? In the lobby or in their rooms? That is a little misleading...when it says bed and breakfast, you think that (each and every room) you have a place to sit down and have your breakfast.

your map was not very accurate so we spent
ages walking round the wrong bit of Sorrento

Room was very small: could not open the
wardrobe. Safe didn't work. Room was quite
noisy thanks to owners using TV early in the
morning - easily solved by them turning it
down or off. Breakfast was poor - no fresh
bread or pastries, again easily solved.

Check out time given as 11, but we were asked
to leave at 10.
