• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the breakfast is included. We can serve the breakfast in rooms.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four rooms at the ground floor and three rooms at the first floor. There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. All our rooms are quite, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes. Two rooms and the suite have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. We offer international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is free air conditioning during the whole year.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an internet point 100 meters far.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. Please ask us fo the parking service.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We offer a wide choice of cars.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Capodichino Airport of Naples.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes. Ask us for the shuttle service (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Tasso (20 meters from us).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Circumvesuviana Station of Sorrento.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. There are many famous restaurants all around our property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
