• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4.30pm until 7.30pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price. Our breakfast consists of Altamura bread, varied hand made jams, assorted joghurts, fruit, hand made cakes, milk, coffee, fruit juices.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Only a ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not but they all overlook the internal courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All rooms are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, thete is not. There is a TV in the common lounge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
