• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price. It consist of an Italian breakfast of milk, coffee, assorted teas, hand made cakes, varied jams, butter and bread.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can settle the bill on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Italian, of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Both buildings have 2 floors and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are very quiet...the only noise you will hear is the birds sing!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not but there is a common terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  7 rooms do have a delightful balcony whilst 2 rooms have very large windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have a TV. The rooms of the "colombaia" have also Satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In all rooms of "la colombaia" there is air conditioning whilst in the grandfather's rooms there is only heating for winter.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a large terrace.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not but we are only 300 metres far from the sea.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, garage available (free of charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Sorrento (8 km far from us).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are some grocery stores nearby; the nearest supermarket is in Massa Lubrense (1,7 km).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Massa Lubrense (1,7 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli Capodichino airport (55 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Marina Lobra (100 metres far from us).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sorrento (8 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is. It is open only for dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
