• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French....and Italian of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we recommend our "trulli" rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but all the rooms have ADSL acces and Wi-Fi service meeting room and the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is, it is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Bari airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some grocery stores nearby.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are vineyards as well as olive groves.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The centre of "Castellana Grotte" is at 1 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Bari Palese airport (45 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop at 300 metres but only local lines stop there.

  Castellana Grotte
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a fitness center with hammam and Jacuzzi tub.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome (they are not allowed only at the restaurant).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can, our guests benefit from wi-fi access.
