• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  B&B rates are per room, Half board and Full board are per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our rich buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the main building there are two floors and a lift.
  Some trulli have two floors but of course no lift!
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic but if you are looking for a very special room we suggest you to book one of our trulli.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with some internationl channels in each of our rooms and trulli.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free if charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. There is a free Internet point in our refined living room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is open from the middle of May to the middle of September. For guests' comfort it is provided with sun-beds and garden furniture.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free private parking at guests' disposal.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest car rental branch is in Putignano (10 km).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some grocery stores and a supermarket in Alberobello, 3 km far from the hotel.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Alberobello (3 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Bari (45 km). Brindisi is at 65 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Alberobello (1 km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Alberobello railway station (3 km). It serves only local lines, if you arrive from the rest of Italy the nearest railway station is Monopoli (18 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is and it is a renowned restaurant specialised in regional dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet with your own laptop (free of charge).
