| | |  "La Caravella" Residence is located in a nice spot right on the Positano beach (Spiaggia Grande) with a marvellous view of the sea. Being situated at the foot of the hill you can enjoy a spectacular view of the village and the surrounding mountains. The area is very pleasant to the eye and you will find all you are looking for. |

By car:
- Coming from Rome: motorway A/1, Roma-Napoli, in the direction to Napoli. Take the motorway A/3, Napoli-Salerno, in the direction to Salerno. Exit at Castellammare di Stabia and take the highway SS/145, in the direction to Sorrento. At Meta di Sorrento take the highway SS/163, in the direction to Amalfi-Positano. When you reach Positano, the Residence is located at the foot of the hill, so drive downhill until you reach the big Mandara Parking, we have an agreement with them (on request and at a small fee, we will reserve a parking), so park the car there and walk towards the beach. "La Caravella" is located on Spiaggia Grande beach (there is a small square with a restaurant on each side - go towards the beach and turn left - after few meters you'll find us on your left hand side).
- Coming from Salerno: motorway A/3, Napoli - Salerno, in the direction to Naples. Exit at Vietri sul Mare: take the highway SS/163, in the direction to Maiori - Amalfi - Praiano Positano.
By train: the nearest railway stations are Salerno and Napoli, from where you can take the bus.
From Salerno take the bus leaving to Amalfi. When you reach Amalfi take the bus to Sorrento and get off at Positano.
From Napoli take the train, called Circumvesuviana, until Sorrento. From Sorrento take the bus to Positani-Amalfi and get off at Positano.
By plane: the nearest airport is Napoli Capodichino from where you can take the bus to Sorrento and Positano or a taxi. |
