• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night including breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quite as they are inside a "borgo" (internal court) private and yes romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one room has a small terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the rooms and the hotel is no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, we are just in the center of a small antique square.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask to us any need you will need.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It can be Reggio Calabria or Lamezia.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we can supply.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is 15 minutes from here.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is 15 minutes from here.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have one of the most typical restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
