 All are furnished in art poor, while respecting the materials typical of our territory, wood and wrought iron, with beams and pianelle sight. All accommodations have a private bathroom with shower, heating, refrigerator and TV, at your disposal a laundry. For children will also have camping cot and high chair. We provide the bedding, bath and kitchen with change once a week. |
 There are only 3 km. to Lake Trasimeno and 15 km. to Perugia, on the outskirts of Magione , in the countryside and not felt any noise, but the highway and the country are only a few hundred metres. Our guests come to enjoy the silence and peace, for families with children is a real paradise, the property is fenced and children go around free to explore the garden or searching the cat... |

You will soon you find you in a very special place; be very close to the major cities of Umbria (Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio, Orvieto) and the main Italian cities (Rome, Florence, Urbino, Siena, Pisa), the expressway is only 5 minutes away, but it seem to be far from noise, traffic and everything you remember the chaos of the city, woken in the morning by the chirping of birds. |
