• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the rooms price (not for apartments) and is a buffet breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating, energy, final cleaning, towels, bed linen are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but it's better for us if you settle the bill at leaving.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is a ground floor and a fist floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very quiet, the entrance is indipendent for each.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, but the rooms are cool also in summer.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a restaurant room for dinner.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There's one at reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimming pool is open May-September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There a parking for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Perugia or Castiglione del Lago.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The supermarket is at 2 km. from here.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are many vineyards and wineries around selling fine local wines.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Magione 3 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia Sant'Egidio 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  You can book this service fee.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Magione-Casenuove 1.5 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Magione 3,5 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  They're welcome prior agreement.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
