Profile |
The property comprises 4 independent units with private entrances and access to the garden, as well as the internal dining room and hall. One of the guestrooms features a kitchen too, being a highly recommended option for couples travelling with their children. The owners of La Capezzagna, Mauro and Sandra Lovato, live in the same building with their own kids. |
Therefore, you will always find them for questions on nearby attractions or any other need you may have. It was actually Sandra`s ancestors, the Taraborrelli, who bought this manor from the beginning of the 20th century. As part of the 5 hectares property, they also purchased the highest tower in the valley, which has been destroyed during World War II. |
The remains of these were used to rebuild 9 houses, one of which now hosts the guests and owners of La Capezzagna. The name was taken from the Italian word "Capezzagna", which means "headland access road leading to farms": the property was restored recently, when details and original floors were added to Suites Majella and Miglianico. |
