  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.

  The price is per person.

  Yes, it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.

  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are ground floor and first floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are very quiet but Suite Majella is the most romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only Suite Miglianico has a little terrace, but the Suite Majella has a little private garden.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms are no smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv without international channels in every room. Sat tv is in the living room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning, but we have a fan.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not the swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the Abruzzo Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, the nearest supermarket is 5 km far.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we are surrounded.

  No, but on request we can provide.

  No, there is not a restaurant, but we cook for our guests.
