- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Rates are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, German, French and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
3 floors and 1 lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, from the 1st july to the 30th September and from 3pm to 4am. No extra charge for it. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, opened from the 1st April. - Is parking or garage available?
We have a fee-paying garage. - Where can we rent a car?
Ask at the Reception desk. - Which is the nearest airport?
Catania Fontanarossa. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
On request, we can arrange a taxi service. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
50 mt far. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Taormina-Giardini. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
Only small size pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
There is no restaurant in the property, but we have a snack bar daily opened from Miday to 3PM. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No.
