This hotel is beautiful and so well kept!! I was a pleasure to visit. The staff is professional and helpful. The restaurant was our best meal in 22 days of travel in Europe. It should be a four star property.

Mainly that the hotel is so beautiful. It meanders from room to room and every detail has been considered in decorating it in an old word style. I was very impressed as I had previously stayed at four star hotels in Italy that were nightmares!!!

The receptionists were very polite and exceeded their limits to help when it was required and provided, gently, all requested information. This means that the Hotel facilities and the staff treatment were outstanding and a positive surprise for the group(4 adults)that stayed in Jolanda.

A very warm, charming, well decorated, well located and equiped Hotel(parking, fitness, etc); I will recommend Jolanda for their stay in the beautiful city of Santa Margherita Ligure.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly and provided an excellent check in and followup service.

Good quality for the price with friendly and effeicient staff. The accommodation was very clean and with pleasing decor with some individuality of style as opposed to a faceless chain - type hotel. In a good position from the motorway and close to other interesting areas.

I would defenitely go to same hotel again. Very nice clean and nicely degorated rooms, and the breakfast was wonderful.
Only the garage was a bit expensive (20 EUR/night)

Be prepared for poor car parking contitions near the hotel.

The arrival went fine. This is a very good hotel. Great location, top level service and very clean. WE will highly recommend and perhaps utilize again on our next visit.

I think some clarity on how easy it is to get to the hotle from the train station. We took a cab and it cost me $15E. We walked back to the station when we left and it took us 10 minutes.

We were pleasantly surprised particularly with having booked a garage space as we had driven from Lake Como where parking was also a problem. The people at the reception were very friendly and we were really happy with our room.

We were exceptionally pleased with our accommodation. The facilities and the location of the hotel were great.If any of our friends are planning a trip to that part of Italy we would certainly be recommending the Hotel Jolanda.

Some visitors may not understand that the
hotel is not on the waterfront. We found
the location to be excellent and not as
noisy as the hotels waterside.

A small hotel with good sized rooms,
updated bathrooms and air-conditioning.
Ask for one of the corner rooms with
terraces facing a charming street. Lively
street life during the day but quiet at
night. Great european style breakfasts!

warm and welcoming on a dreary day. We drove from Nice. Travelers should be told to take the Livorno exit as they approach Genoa.

The staff was very pleasant and the hotel was comfortable. I had a single, which was very small and had a very small bathroom, but was very inexpensive. My parents had a large, comfortable room. I would stay there again, but I might book a double.

This is a great hotel if you want a clean, inexpensive, comfortable place to stay. The staff is very nice and the hotel has an old world charm. If you plan to spend lots of time at the beach or want a view or a place with grounds and lots of amenities, then its not the place for you.

Directions to hotel, especially for drivers, need to be extremely explicit and highly descriptive since road signage in Italy is nearly non-existent.

Quality of room, hotel site, and service were expected from website, but size of hotel and room was a bit deceptive - photos make everything look bigger than they really are. Regardless, hotel was good.
