• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price given is for room a day in case of bed & breakfast, otherwise is per person if half board or full board needed.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but better on departure because of extra charge that may occure during staying such as room service or laundry.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors all connected by elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are. Junior suite and suites are particolarly romantic and warm.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct line telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes all rooms have air conditioning, no extra charge for this.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes at the lobby by payment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private parking available by payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes there are and even two small markets.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Portofino 5km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  35 km (the international airport "Cristoforo Colombo" of Genova).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes by payment.

  Only small size pets.
