• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4.30pm until 7.30pm, Check Out before 9.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per villa or per room.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included only on B&B basis.
• Is heating included in the price?
  On B&B basis heating is included, while it is not included for the whole villa rental.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors without an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a SAT-TV in the living room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the bedrooms and there is an extra charge for it according to the amount consumed.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is opened from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Sorrento.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 100 meters.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Colli di Fontanelle at 1 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli "Capodichino".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. Only on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Colli di San Pietro.

• How far away is the beach?
  It is 3 km far.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We cook and serve lunch and dinner only on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
