• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartament.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors, but we do not have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are private and quiet rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them have the terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have in the house, but in the centre of Bellagio.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.

  Free parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Como, Lecco or Bellagio.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are 300 meters from the house.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Bellagio, only 2 km from the property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Malpensa, at about 70 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  20 meters from the house.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Varenna, with a direct boat to Bellagio.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but there is a restaurant, just 300 meters from the house.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
