• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our price are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it it. You can choose between Italian sweet breakfast or continental breakfast with eggs, salami and cheese.
• Is heating included in the price?
  We have wood fire heating, and it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and we do not have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are very quiet and very romantic, your privacy is guaranteed.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide everything, and we change them when you need to.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there is a beautiful garden avaiable for our guest.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, both the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, we do not need it, the area is very fresh and ventilated.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, you're a member of our family.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, wireless access fom every area of the house or lan cable in the rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can provide it to you or you can rent it at the train station or airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The first supermarket is 3 km from the house.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Quinto is a small village and is 3 km from the house.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Valerio Catullo, the main of Verona, is 20 km from the house.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.

  It is 2 km from the house.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
