| Cancellation Policy | |
This booking can be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen days before arrival. If later, we preserve the rigt to charge the upon requested. Should there be a change of plan and you wish to depart earlier then booked, please inform us at least one week before, to avoiod extra charges.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

Check-in: Checkin time must be arranged at least one day prior to your arrival by phone or an email. ( usually is from 15:00 to 21:00), we don't have the reception, so every arrive has to be arranged by an appointment, your forgetfulness may causes long waitings that will not be any cause of complaint.
