• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price.
  Our breakfast buffet offers an ideal way to start your day. You will find fresh bread rolls, a selection of jams, cheeses, cold cuts, boiled eggs, corn flakes, muesli, fruit juice and a large fresh fruit basket.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The room bill with all extras can be settled at departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks Italian, English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The four chalets which form the hotel (for a total of 160 rooms) are connected through internal corridors and stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are spacious and comfortable, they are furnished in a typical alpine style and most of them are provided with a large balcony. Our two romantic rooms: the double rooms with canopy bed. Settled in a beautiful alpine frame the Hotel Intermonti looks on to the Livigno Valley and with its structure merges with the age-old wood on which edge it is located.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Most of the rooms in the Hotel have a balcony. We have a few rooms in the Main building with terrace with the entrace in the small park of the Hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We would like to inform you that conforming to Italian law the public areas of this hotel are considered non-smoking rooms. Therefore we ask you kindly to respect all no smoking signs, as high penalties are foreseen in case of non respect.
  We would like to remind you that in Italy is a law in vigour which forbids smoking in public places. Available, a smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all rooms there is TV-SAT.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms have direct dialling possibility.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In our Hotel air conditioning is not necessary.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet point, and soon also Wireless connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The entrance to the swimming pool is free. It is necessary to wear a bathing cap, wich can be purchased from the life guard. Opening hours from 07:00 - 19:30pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking outside is free but it is a non supervised parking.
  Garage: Particularly in the winter, when the temperature is minus 20°, it is advisable to reserve a garage space.
• Where can we rent a car?
  On request, we can organise the reservation of a rental car for you to pick-up, for example at the arrival airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Malpensa 280km; Bergamo Orio al Serio 240km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request, we can organise pickup by private car from the airport or train station. This service can be charged to the Hotel bill or pay directly to the driver.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 meter from the Hotel there is a bus-stop to reach the center of Livigno. 1km far there is the bus-stop Perego to reach the towns aroud Livigno.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tirano 80km from Livigno is the nearest train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The equipment of our structure is completed by an indoor swimming pool (17 x 7 mt.) and a fitness centre with sauna, Turkish bath and hydro massage. A small animation staff will guarantee a pleasant stay at the hotel.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small and medium size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
