The staff was very accommodating; I blew a fuse and within 10minutes someone was there to fix the problem. The hotel was lovely and the people were very accommodating.

We had an ocean front suite, beautiful view. There were fireworks over the water one night; that you could enjoy from the room.

I would recommend staying here; good buffet breakfast every morning which was hard to find in Italy. The rooms were very neat, clean and spacious.

Excellent in every way, my only moan would be that we thought the snack bar by the pool was over-priced. Our only other issue we had - which wasn't really the hotels' fault - was that a few guests had brought their children with them and they were loud and noisy all day long in the pool. We couldn't relax by the pool because of the constant commotion the children were making. Other people had paid alot of money to stay in the hotel but no-one could relax by the pool !!
One last thing - the pool attendant would do well to not allow guests to 'reserve' sun loungers with their towels.

Very luxurious, huge rooms. Perfect position in Sorrento, fabulous views across the Bay of Naples. Rather pricey but worth every penny.
Polite and helpful staff, spotlessly clean rooms at all times, always had clean towels.
Brilliant.

Loved the hotel, hope to come back someday when it is warmer, so we can enjoy the pool and the terraces more. My only criticism is the mattress was extremely hard. It felt like we were sleeping on the box-spring and not a mattress.

Great location, gorgeous views and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was very good and the service was excellent(loved the fresh-sqeezed o.j. and the cappuccino) The room was pretty and bright with a lovely terrace that overlooked the bay of Naples. We enjoyed the fresh oranges and lemon marmalade given as complementary welcome gifts. It was a nice touch. The decor was tasteful and the bathroom was clean. We only wished the bed hadn't been so hard.
