• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room
  price. Room service for breakfast available at a small charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill will be settled at check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  In addition to Italian, the reception staff speaks English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floors and all floors are reached by lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of the rooms are facing the Bay of Naples. Some rooms face the garden and are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms and some suites have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms and some suites have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite TV with several international channels, including Russian, Chinese and Arabian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a direct dialing phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning from the beginning of June to the end of September at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The outdoor swimming pool is open from the beginning of
  March to early November.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking facilities at no extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars and scooters rental at our Concierge desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Lots of grocery stores and supermarkets close by.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are located in the heart of Sorrento. The nearest villages are Sant'Agnello and Massa Lubrense.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The International airport of Capodichino in Naples.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private tranfers by luxury limousine or mini-van available
  at extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Tasso.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The circumvesuviana in Sorrento.
• How far away is the beach?
  The hotels is built on the cliff top above beaches.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private beach available, access even by private lift.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have an excellent panoramic restaurant, supervisioned by the Famous Ristorante "Don Alfonso 1890" (two Michelin stars).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
