  English, French, Espanol and Deutch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors + 1 ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Many of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one room has a very large terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes to both.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is air conditioning without any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes a saltwater pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.

  Ask the concierge.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport "Internazionale" of Genova, 35 km.

  Ask the concierge.

  In front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  500 mts, Santa Margherita Ligure
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is in front of the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is private and belongs to the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. The hotel plans to have one made at the end of 2002 season.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
